Downtown Portland has its fair share of fountains to play in. One of my favorites is the Salmon Street Springs. Its located on the waterfront, and besides the beautiful Portland scenery, it makes for great people watching as well. Zach was a little nervous of the water at first, but eventually after watching all the other kids playing in it, decided that it was fun.
