Mission to Melipilla, Chile!

Grandma and Grandpa Marostica arrived in Chile safely and are serving a two year mission on the Olive Tree farm, teaching the workers and all who want to learn, the English language. Grandpa learned how to speak Spanish when he served his first mission in Spain, so this whole mission and language thing will be new for grandma. Together they will do great things! they are enjoying Chile and love meeting the people. grandma catches a lot of attention with her blonde hair. They are learning that teaching English is more difficult than they thought it would be, but once they get their lessons together I am sure it will be a breeze! In their spare time they head to the beach!

We are so proud of their decision to serve the Lord and know they will make such an impact in the lives of those they meet. They are a such great examples to our family. We love them and will miss having them close, but two years will go by so fast!

Kate's 4th Grade Basketball...

I am so proud of Kate for trying Basketball again this year. This sport definitely does not come as naturally as dancing does for her, but she gives it her all. And what a treat it was to be able to play with her cousin Brooke and her friends from Oak Hills!

Championship Game...

Zach played on a team with a bunch of boys from Stoller Middle School, through the THPRD league. Even though he knew none of the kids on his team, he stayed open minded, made some new friends and ended up winning the Championship! His coaches were Mike and Nathan Palone. They were awesome to work with and made the entire season so enjoyable! They promised the boys that if they won the Championship that they would treat them all to pizza.
