McCall 2019!

 Another summer brought my side of the family to McCall, ID to spend the week at Payette Lake. We all love this vacation so much and look forward to it all summer! Zach unfortunately couldn't come with us this year, so it was a little weird to have him missing. He stayed home to attend the Sunset High School Soccer team summer camp leading up to tryouts. In exchange for Zach we let Kate bring her friend Kendyl since she was going to be the only girl at McCall this year, because Lauren and Maddi are both on their missions, Halle only stayed a couple of days, and Brooke's family didn't come to McCall this year. So with many missing things were a little bit quieter but still the same fun was had by all! Lots of boating, fishing, tubing, swimming, kayaking, and most importantly relaxing was had by all.

 

Cousin Emmalee

A new cousin! Baby Emmalee...another girl, we needed another girl to balance out all these boys!

 

Weddings and Such...

Sweet Marissa Schnell got married! She was the best babysitter to my kids and one of my favorite young Women that I was blessed to work with. I love seeing her so happy! She is going to be the most loving wife friend and partner for life. 

One of my other favorite events of the summer is the Newsom garden party. And this one was special because Julie was visiting from Arizona and I have a feeling it's going to be the last with Rachael as her husband is switching gears and quitting from Nike to work with his brother on a clothing company called Hope and Henry. 

 

Preston is 3!

Today Preston turned 3!. To celebrate we invited his favorite friend and cousin Caralynn to go to the zoo to see the Elephant and Piggie Show. We love reading the books to him at night so when I saw that there was a show at the zoo I thought it would be fun to take him for his birthday. Honestly it was a little longer than I had expected so it didn't keep his attention the entire time, but more like most of the time. His favorite part was meeting the cast after the show. Then on Sunday we had family over dinner, cake and presents. We love you mister Preston! You love Noodles, chips, Disney Pixar movies, your scooter and anything that your brother Ryan is doing.

 

BYU Soccer Camp...

This year we shipped Zach off to BYU Soccer Camp, all by himself. He has been nursing a bum right leg. We are still not sure exactly what is causing the pain, but he didn't let that stop him from attending the camp and winning the ALL STAR award! Overall he had a great week! Thanks to Uncle Jeff, Aunt Britt and Aunt Lisa for helping him get to and from the airport, to and from BYU and letting him crash for a night in your home!
