First Date Night in Months...

My friend Angie Bond invited us to go to Lovejoy Market for a Charcuterie making class. Charcuterie is so trendy right now and everyone is loving the display of fruit, cheese, meats, etc. Its gorgeous and yummy! It fell perfectly with Valentine's day but of course it snowed so we celebrated a week later.  It was so nice to get out of the house just the two of us. Covid is still keeping things pretty shut down around Oregon. Masks are required still and keeping distance is still preferred by most. I am still in shock of how obedient everyone is with these lockdown rules. It felt so good to get out for a few hours.

February Snow...

It's a great day when we get enough snow to cover the ground enough that the kids can sled up at the park. This year we lucked out with a couple snow days. This was also the first year Preston was able to venture out on his own with the other kids. I was able to stay indoors and baked some Valentine's cookies.

New Car

Well this was unexpected! Justin had talked bout driving something more economical but Audi was not really on my radar. I have been driving the big suburban around which tends to guzzle a ton of gas. We still need the third seat and really prefer having a bench seat in the middle to accommodate carpooling I sometimes have to do. We test drove several but once we drove the Audi we were sold! I love my new car, and admit I am so spoiled to be able to drive this nice of car. We shall see how long my car rules of no food, etc last.
