My friend Angie Bond invited us to go to Lovejoy Market for a Charcuterie making class. Charcuterie is so trendy right now and everyone is loving the display of fruit, cheese, meats, etc. Its gorgeous and yummy! It fell perfectly with Valentine's day but of course it snowed so we celebrated a week later. It was so nice to get out of the house just the two of us. Covid is still keeping things pretty shut down around Oregon. Masks are required still and keeping distance is still preferred by most. I am still in shock of how obedient everyone is with these lockdown rules. It felt so good to get out for a few hours.
