Before we start school we have made a tradition of going to Sunriver for Labor Day weekend. The last two years we have invited our good friends, the McCauley's, to join us. We love central Oregon and Sunriver has so much to keep our entire family entertained, from the biking, to playing pickle ball, all the way to a new activity we discovered this year, floating down the Deschuttes River. Kate went with her friend Emmy to Mt. Hood to play for the weekend so she was not with us this time around. I think she missed it even though she spent the weekend with her bestie. We really love this vacation and its becoming one of our favorite family traditions.
